Urbina partners with institutional funds, private equity firms and individual investors to unlock the potential of commercial property assets.

About Us

Through hands-on asset management and over 20 years’ experience, we work across both new acquisitions and existing ownerships to enhance performance, create value and deliver long-term returns.

Our Approach

Urbina takes an active, commercially focused approach to property. Working closely with our investment partners, we identify opportunities, develop clear strategies and manage their execution from acquisition through to delivery.

Our experience spans asset repositioning, lease restructuring, project management and the active optimisation of property investments, with a focus on creating sustainable value at every stage.
